As many items as you want may be place in your order but the total amount limit for transactions is $500 dollars. If you’d like to exceed what amount, we can process the separate payments.
After your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with payment notification and all transaction details.
At any moment within 24 hours of placing the order you can still revoke your order. The page named “Contact Us” shows the contact details of ours. Upon termination of 24 hour period there will be no way to revoke your order.
When placing your order it is important to make sure of correctness of the shipping address entered by you. It should be the real address so in case of any mistakes in address or delays, the delivery of medication could take longer. If a mistake is found in your shipping address after your order is placed, contact us at once at the page named “Contact Us”.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are shipped within 2 working days, but when items are on back order there may be occasional delays. You will be informed immediately on occurrence of any delays.
Your package will be delivered and documented as private mail and its contents will not be disclosed. Your shipping details with a mark “Health product for personal use” will be on the cover letter that comes with your product.
Shipping is carried out by Registered Air Mail (12 – 16 days on the way) or Express Mail Service (EMS) (5 – 8 days on the way). Please acknowledge that EMS accessibility depends on what the product is and the country, which it is mailed to.
Orders which place more than 200 tablets will be separated into 2 parts due to limitations on cargo weight. The second portion of the order will arrive a little bit later.
If within 21 days you still do not receive your order, you will be sent a full or a new order will be placed, on a free of charge basis.
All EMS orders will have tracking number so that you could track and receive updates on your order following some links.
Please consider the fact that tracking numbers for Regular Air Mail orders are provided by request. The tracking option of the pack will start only after the order comes to customer.
If the order arrives to the shipping address, but if you’re not at home at the time of arrival or for other reasons you are not unable to receive it, then you will be left a notice and the package should be received from the Post Office mentioned in the notice. If the package is not claimed within 30 days, it is sent back to the sender.
Refund Policy
Please contact us if for any reason you are displeased with your product. We will let you know an address available for returns and will compensate you 100% of the product’s price if you choose to return it. However, there will be applied standard shipping costs.
